The villa, with 215 m² of living space, is located in a large, gated estate covering 3,600 m², with a private car park, a two-car garage and a beautifully landscaped garden planted with flowers and numerous species of trees, including cypresses, palm trees, olive trees, bay trees and various citrus trees.
Fully air-conditioned, the villa is tastefully furnished and decorated, with facilities in keeping with the 5-star standard. Designed to accommodate up to 8 persons, the villa has 4 personalized bedrooms with dressing rooms; each bedroom has its own bathroom (one with a corner bath, the rest with a shower) and toilet.
Each of the two ground-floor bedrooms has a 160x200 cm bed. The two upstairs bedrooms have 140x190 cm beds. Each bedroom enjoys its own style (colonial, Provençal, classical or coastal), with matching paintings, mirrors, bedspreads and curtains.
The villa has a telephone with Internet access, an alarm system and an electric gate.

The living room has a fireplace, a coffee table, a three-person leather couch with a corner, and matching armchairs. The room is decorated with a lamp and a bookcase with an integrated TV/hi-fi system. The dining room has an oval table, built of cherry-wood and wrought iron, with 10 matching chairs and 2 matching bridge chairs, and a console cupboard with mirror.
The huge open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, with an American-style refrigerator, a dishwasher, a traditional oven, a microwave, a double sink and everything else useful for entertaining. In the centre of the kitchen, there's a counter with a hotplate, extractor hood, counter and 4 stools.
The house is surrounded by several covered and open terraces (130 m²) and patios with a barbecue, including one interior patio with flowers and a fountain. |

In front of the villa, there's a swimming pool (10 x 5.5 m), with swimming-against-the-tide and an electric pool cover for safety (as required by law).
Set in a flower-filled setting, the pool is surrounded by a 200 m² pool area with deckchairs and sun umbrellas.
The house was designed to afford numerous views of the sea, the Calvi citadel and the mountains.
The cellar has shelves for storage, a washing machine, a drying machine, a sink and an iron and ironing board.
The hall, from which the stairs lead up to the first floor, has a toilet with washbasin.
